How We Work

No large team to manage. No factory process to sit through.

Just a clear, honest sequence from a first conversation to a handover - built around your organisation's terms, not ours.

01

A conversation, not a pitch

An informal first call to understand what's actually going on and whether this is a genuine fit - for you and for us. If it isn't, we'll say so, and that costs us nothing to admit.

An open, informal conversation

Framing the problem

Before any commercial commitment, a short, focused look at what's really driving the issue - sometimes standalone Diagnostics & Problem Framing work in its own right, sometimes folded into scoping the wider engagement.

03

A proposal built around you

Day rate is the default commercial model, but fixed-price, outcome-based or fractional arrangements are all open. Scope is set to the problem that's actually there, not to a standard package - on-site or remote, depending on what works.

04

Working alongside your team

Hands-on and embedded, not advisory-from-a-distance. If specialist expertise from the wider network is genuinely needed, it's brought in transparently and only with your agreement - never to grow a team.

05

Handover, not dependency

Success means your team can carry it forward without us. We measure ourselves on whether the capability and confidence now sit with you - not on billable hours or how long the engagement ran.

Deep experience, actively applied

Not all days are equal.

Deep experience and the active, disciplined use of AI mean more genuinely gets done per day than a traditional engagement model assumes - which is part of why the commercial model stays open rather than defaulting to a standard rate card. The right structure depends on the client, not the other way round.
