Values

The values behind the work.

Five core values, stated plainly enough to actually test against - not slogans, but the standard we're happy to be judged on.

01

Integrity

We do the right thing, guided by our own moral compass, not by what's easiest or most profitable. What's said in the room stays in the room; your trust is not content for our marketing.

We give you the best advice we can, even if that goes against our own interests.

02

Truth over comfort

We tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear, even when it costs us the engagement. That includes telling you when you don't need us at all, and admitting plainly when we don't know something.

We always choose honesty over silence, though we always deliver a difficult message with tact and sensitivity.

03

Developing Others

We invest in the people we work alongside, coaching and upskilling them, even when it isn't a line in the deliverables. We were coached on our way up and believe it's only right to pay that forward.

We leave people better equipped than we found them, whether or not it was billed.

Tested, not just stated

Values that survive an uncomfortable moment.

It's easy to write a value down. The test is whether it holds up on the day it's inconvenient - a piece of advice that costs the engagement, or a plan that has to get less impressive to actually work. That's the version we hold ourselves to.

04

Practical, not perfect

We design for what's actually deliverable - real budgets, real politics, real teams - not for what looks good on a slide. A brilliant plan nobody can execute isn't brilliant.

If it can't survive within your organisation, we don't propose it.

05

A higher bar

We hold our work to the same standard as the best firms in the industry, because small should never mean lesser; the bar we set should raise the bar for others too, not just clear it ourselves.

We never deliver work we're not proud of, the kind you'd be just as proud of if you'd built it yourself.

Who this extends to

The same standard, wherever the work comes from.

These values extend to anyone brought in through the network - only organisations and individuals trusted to work the same way are invited in.
