Twenty years of delivering transformation.
Twenty years of experience across Big Four consulting and senior in-house leadership roles, delivering technology-led transformation at real scale.
The same six pillars, told through outcomes.
Six ways in, one track record behind them - the results below sit under the same headings as What We Do, because that page describes a capability and this one is the evidence for it.
Turning a vague problem into a credible pathway forward.
Turned around a stalled front-office transformation at ALDI in three months. Built the PMO, process and governance needed before change could safely start. Applied the same discipline to the early scoping behind a shared-services turnaround at the Ministry of Defence.
Building the roadmap, and the board-level case for funding it.
Defined Warburtons' five-year technology strategy, spanning AI, data, cyber security and architecture. Secured £8m opex and £4m capex backing for a 50+ person function. Reset cardfactory's IT strategy and governance the same way, as key partner to the CIO.
Structuring the function so the strategy can actually land.
Stood up Warburtons' first Enterprise Architecture function from nothing. Redesigned cardfactory's IT operating model and rebuilt the team around it - 13 people recruited and onboarded in a year. Negotiated a multi-year strategic partnership with Deloitte spanning 30+ contracts and £5m+.
Getting AI and data into daily use, not just onto a slide.
Launched Warburtons' Microsoft Fabric-based data programme: 15 priority use cases, £10m+ estimated annual value. Led the Copilot rollout that reached 90%+ adoption across ~700 colleagues. Built cardfactory's five-year data roadmap, securing £15m of funding.
Stepping in when a programme has stalled, and getting it moving again.
Stabilised and scaled ALDI's pandemic-era Click & Collect programme, rolling out 250+ stores from an initial 2 pilots. Delivered 1m+ orders and ~£70m revenue in under 12 months, then transitioned the service to business-as-usual. Led the turnaround behind the Ministry of Defence's shared-services programme.
Leaving people more capable than they were found.
Built a knowledge-transfer programme that upskilled 100+ Ministry of Defence staff, cutting reliance on third parties. Ran roughly 50 "Lunch n Learn" sessions at cardfactory to 250+ attendees over two years. Teams consistently posted the highest employee engagement scores in the company, including 88% at Warburtons through a period of major change.
